Wildfire Consulting Group's team of expert practitioners and internal support personnel is lead by its Founder and the Group's Managing Director Shane Perkins.

Shane is a recognised and well respected business innovator, having directed and advised the organisational leadership of leading Public and Private sector entities with significant business transformation challenges. Shane has consequently developed a strong corporate business network and is often sought for media opinion, conference presentations and executive forums. His work has incorporated both strategic and operational advisory that has predominately sought to provide clear direction and governance in an ever increasing environment of complexity and uncertainty.

Shane has assisted numerous organisations to successfully execute substantial business and system implementations, reorganise and assess business process changes, insource and outsource operations, develop and execute strategies and design and develop organisational change and learning management programs.

Shane exercises an holistic view of solutions and works closely with the Wildfire Consulting Group team and all stakeholders to ensure major initiatives are integrated, impacts and investments understood, and results accounted at all levels within the engaging organisations.

Shane is married with children and in addition to his professional life also values the ethos of community involvement which sees him dedicate his time and expertise, alongwith the resources of Wildfire Consulting Group, to many community groups, most particularly in the area of his sporting passion; athletics.
